ELASTOBELT: The conveyor belt that insure its own tension
Thanks to its flexibility, ELASTOBELT conveyor belt insure, without adjustment, its own tension. Exclusively monomaterial, it has two perfectly smooth faces that facilitate its cleaning and optimize the hygiene level.
It also has a very good abrasion and cuts resistance, and works on small pulley diameters. It is easy to joint on-site with light and inexpensive tools. Available in different hardnesses, ELASTOBELT conveyor belts are also available with a smooth or non-slip studded upper face.

FLATBELT: the reinforced monomaterial conveyor beltwith maximum hygiene and without elongation.
FLATBELT conveyor belt has a very good abrasion and cuts resistance. The distributed aramid reinforcements block its elongation. Exclusively composed by polyurethane, FLATBELT conveyor belt has two smooth upper faces easy to clean.
It also works with small pulley diameters.

PROBELT: the monomaterial conveyor belt with solid guiding system molded in the mass, allowing small pulley diameters.
PROBELT conveyor belt offers an excellent guidance thank to the solid molded teeth. It has a very good abrasion and cuts resistance, and works on small pulley diameters.
The reinforced version has aramid cables reinforcement, which block the conveyor belt elongation.

SOUPLEX: The very flexible and adhesive conveyor belt which works on small pulley diameters.
The SOUPLEX conveyor belts range is particularly adapted for the conveyance of light loads, for small center to center distance, and for small pulley diameters. Very flexible and adhesive, the SOUPLEX conveyor belt has also a good elasticity. Its two perfectly smooth upper faces facilitate its cleaning and optimize the hygiene level. Abrasion and chemical attacks resistant, SOUPLEX conveyor belts are also cuts and tear resistant. Available in blue, white and green, they can be equipped with accessories (profiles, v-guides…) or embossed according the needs.
DEL/FLEX: The ideal conveyor belt for the conveyance of medium loads.
DEL/FLEX conveyor belts are flexible and resistant at the different expositions (abrasion, cutts, tears, chemical attacks…). They are perfectly suitable for the conveyance of medium loads or on small pulley diameters conveyors. They are also compatibles with a troughed configuration, or in an abrasive environment. Their lower face can be smooth or embossed to improve the slippage in humid or greasy environment. DEL/FLEX conveyor belts are available in green, blue or white colors (reinforced lower face or not). The DEL/FLEX conveyor belts range can be equipped with guides, profiles or sidewalls. They can be perforated or upper face embossed.
DEL/ROC: The conveyor belt for the conveyance of heavy loads on long center-to-center distances.
Made in elastomer polyester, DEL/ROC conveyor belts range are particularly adapted to the conveyance of medium to heavy loads, or on long center-to-center distance. They allow the stop/start operation and the products accumulation. DEL/ROC conveyor belts are abrasion and chemical attacks resistant, and have a good traction force. Their lower faces can be smooth or embossed to facilitate the slippage in greasy or humid environment.
